Kylie McLaughlin: Quy Nhon is a “Tourist Paradise”

Sharing on Traveler, writer Kylie McLaughlin said that he had just had a memorable trip in Quy Nhon (Binh Dinh), after a train journey from Hoi An (Quang Nam). This special train offers a first-class carriage with 6 cabins for 12 people, including a bar and spa on board. The bar offers a variety of drinks and cocktails, while the spa area offers about 20-minute treatments. Kylie McLaughlin even compared this carriage to a business class cabin on an airplane. “I spent five incredibly relaxing hours on this first-class carriage, not having to worry about the airport or the endless lines of people waiting for security checks. Dozens of Vietnamese and Egyptian businesses specializing in farm products, construction materials, household plastic products, paper, packaging and fertilizers attended a workshop aiming to promote trade connection between Vietnamese and Egyptian businesses was held on September 8 in Cairo, the capital of Egypt. Speaking at the seminar, Vietnamese Ambassador to Egypt Nguyen Huy Dung affirmed that Vietnam and Egypt boast great strengths in different fields, and businesses of the two countries have many opportunities to promote cooperation. However, he pointed out that the trade turnover between Vietnam and Egypt is currently not commensurate with the two countries’ cooperation potential. Learning Vietnamese to Preserve National Traditions

According to the Khmer- Vietnam Association and the representative agencies of Vietnam in Cambodia, there are currently about 30 schools and classes in Phnom Penh and 14 provinces across Cambodia that teach in two languages, Khmer and Vietnamese , with nearly 1,400 students enrolled. Lokshin is one of the authors of history books, including those on Vietnam , and the author of many articles on the national liberation movement in Southern Vietnam . Source: sputniknews.vn Grigory Mikhailovich Lokshin, a well-known Russian expert in Vietnamese studies, passed away on September 7 following a long period of illness. He was 84, according to VNA. Grigori M. Lokshin was born on April 1, 1938. In 1961, he graduated from Moscow International Relations University (MGIMO) and 3 years later successfully defended his doctoral thesis at the same university with the topic “National liberation movement in South Vietnam in the early years of Vietnam (1954–1964).” At the XXII Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (1961), Lokshin joined the Soviet Union’s first direct Vietnamese translation team.
