Ho Chi Minh City reveals big plans for New Year, Tet celebrations
The first event is the ‘Ho Chi Minh City – Our Home’ festival, which will take place in the Nguyen Hue pedestrian zone, on Le Loi Boulevard and at Bach Dang Wharf Park in District 1 from Friday to Sunday. This fest is expected to attract participants from 23 cities around the world that have established relationships with Ho Chi Minh City. It will also feature the first trumpet music festival in the city. The southern metropolis will also host the Ho Chi Minh City International Music Festival and the second hot air balloon festive day in the Nguyen Hue pedestrian zone and Thu Thiem 2 Bridge Park in Thu Duc City from December 8 to 11.
