On March 10, in Hanoi, Director General of the Department of International Cooperation of Vietnamese Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Phuong Hoa had a meeting with Director of Swami Vivekananda Cultural Center in Hanoi Monica Sharma. On this occasion, the license of establishment and operation of the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Center in Hanoi was also awarded to the Indian Director. Director General Nguyen Phuong Hoa thanked Swami Vivekananda Cultural Center for coordinating and supporting the Vietnamese Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to successfully organize Vietnamese Culture Days in India in December 2022. It is noted that the event was held on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and India. Swami Vivekananda Cultural Center in Hanoi also worked closely with Vietnamese authorities to facilitate the signing of the Cultural Exchange Program between the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vi
