10th Ocean Dialogue Dicusses Offshore Renewable Energy Potential

The event drew the virtual and in-person participation of more than 200 domestic and foreign experts. It was jointly organized by the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam and Germany’s Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Foundation. Dr. Nguyen Hung Son, deputy head of the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, said: “The participants discussed the role of international law in assuring security for the infrastructure needed to build a renewable power grid.
