City streets brilliantly decorated to celebrate Party’s 93rd anniversary
This is not only an opportunity for people to learn about historical values the Communist Party of Vietnam has brought about for the past more than nine decades, but also a chance to promote national patriotism and pride. The Party’s founding anniversary come shot on the heels of the lunar New Year celebration. In the pphoto, a banner reads Happy New Year 2023.
