The capital city of Hanoi pledges to provide utmost support for the southern city of Can Tho in tourism development to boost local socio-economic growth, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen said on October 20. The biennial national and international cultural- tourism event, to be organised by the provincial administration, aims to honour horticulture in Da Lat, promote tourism and trade, and call for greater investment in the locality. The 2022 festival is scheduled to start on November 1 and will last through to December 31, with numerous activities to take place across Da Lat – a resort city dubbed Little Paris in Vietnam .
