US Embassy launches “Celebrate Our Heritage” photography contest
The contest is being sponsored by the US Department of State, the US Ambassadors Fund for Cultural Preservation, and the US Embassy Hanoi. The rules of the contest state that entrants must be between 15 and 35 years old on the date of entry into the contest. Photo submissions must be sent in a jpeg format, be five megabytes or smaller, and the photo size must be no smaller than 2048 pixels.
