Central region seeks response measures against Super Typhoon Noru

Da Nang and Quang Nam, along with Quang Ngai and Binh Dinh provinces, are likely to be hardest hit by the storm, with the natural disaster risk at Level 4.

Quang Nam province plans to evacuate over 400,000 people to safer places ahead of the storm’s arrival.

Local authorities are required to keep a close watch on developments relating to the storm, while also guiding vessels to seek safe shelter, supporting farmers to protect their aquatic farms, and evacuating people.
