BridgeFest Music Festival 2022 to kick off in Da Nang
The event is expected to bring together famous artists of various music genres from around and the world and Vietnam, such as acapella group Backtrack Vocals from the United States, the Swiss sound artist Nikola H. Mounoud, along with Vietnamese popular singers like Da LAB, My Anh, the Wall band, Kimmese, Brainwave, Minh Toc & Lam, and Mesid3.
The event is expected to give fresh impetus to positive changes in the community through the slogan “Be the Change Towards a Human Economy”.
This year, 32 social organizations, enterprises, and youth clubs from across the country have registered to make BridgeFest happen. These partnerships represent a concerted effort to resolve social problems relating to the environment, education, health care, cultural, sexual and gender identity, persons with disabilities, and women and children toward a better future.
After five successful years based in Hanoi, BridgeFest has become an exciting event that young people look forward to every year. The most recent BridgeFest held at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square in Hanoi in 2020 attracted more than 15,000 people. BridgeFest 2022 marks the first time the festival will be based in Da Nang, with the hope of spreading a meaningful message to a new audience.
Bridgefest is jointly organized and sponsored by the Da Nang People’s Committee, Ministry of Cultural, Sports and Tourism, United States Mission to Vietnam, the Swiss Embassy, and Oxfam. Admission is free of charge.
